I am an attorney-at-law with almost 15 years’ professional experience. For almost 10 years I held professional and then managerial positions in Deloitte Legal. As a partner of the MELD Law Firm, I managed the Krakow office for several years. Currently, I provide services to entrepreneurs in my own specialised law firm NewTechLaw.

Since the beginning of my practice I have specialised in IT, new technology and intellectual property law. I also advise on electromobility and personal data protection. I negotiate commercial contracts and assist in M&A transactions and reorganisations of companies and groups of companies.

I regularly participate in industry conferences: for IT, gamedev and emobility.

My regular clients include software development companies, IT service providers, gamedev companies and purchasers of computer software or SaaS services.

I am an enthusiast for the concept of legal design and practical, business-oriented legal advice.
