I have accumulated over 15 years of professional experience in providing legal services to entrepreneurs and advising in the areas of new technology law, intellectual property law, and personal data protection (particularly in the implementation of GDPR), including for the IT industry.

I am also the author of publications in law-oriented journals on personal data protection and new technologies, and a speaker at training sessions and seminars related to the aforementioned fields.

I have collaborated with renowned law firms in Krakow and Warsaw, as well as served as a managing associate at a recognizable consulting firm in Warsaw. I provided advice to entities in the e-commerce market, as well as those operating in the innovation, medical devices, and IT markets, including in the area of compliance.

I have experience as an in-house lawyer for companies operating in the fin-tech and biotechnology sectors. I have successfully conducted proceedings before intellectual property courts. I hold a certificate as an internal auditor for the ISO 27001 standard.
